Born in Israel as the grandson of four Holocaust survivors, Guy moved to Munich in 2004 — a choice that has shaped everything he does since. He earned his doctorate on German-Israeli intercultural negotiations at LMU Munich and is a tenured Professor of International Management at the Munich University of Applied Sciences — one of very few Negotiation Professors in all of Europe. He first honed his communication skills as an intelligence officer in the IDF, before going on to train thousands of executives across 50+ countries.
At Flying Training & Consulting, he serves as global Master Trainer for BMW Motorrad and BMW M GmbH, and has delivered landmark programs for Euroasia, Pictet, SAP, EGYM, Google, Lufthansa, Star Alliance, Paulaner, and Merck. His TEDx talks have 500,000+ views combined, and his posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook reach up to 50 million views a year.
