Guy has extensive experience lecturing, managing, and consulting in strategy, international management, and negotiation and holds a Ph.D. from the LMU University of Munich dealing with intercultural negotiations.

During and after his business studies, Guy focused on understanding the business world through strategic and innovation projects with renowned companies such as Allianz, BMW, Bombardier, Lufthansa, Star Alliance, VW, and others. 

Today, Guy is a Professor for International Management and Leadership at the FOM University, educating for a better (business) world in the future.

Guy and his team improve their clients' success through holistic and modern strategy and training concepts, working with multiple premium and luxury brands worldwide.

He is also the founder of the Bavarian-Israeli Partnership Accelerator & Ruhr-Israeli Cyber Activator, both offering unique opportunities for Germans and Israelis to work together.

Guy's Book "I'll do it!"


Starting at the beginning of the 20th century, the snowball we call "life" guided my family and me through many different stations: WWII, childhood in Israel and Germany, all the way to the Corona crisis of 2020.
